B.C. BURGER

Enjoy a great burger for yourself!

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice smoked salmon.

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread.

  • Mayonnaise.

  • 6 smoked oysters.

  • 2½-inch slices cream cheese.

  • Sliced tomato.

  • Lettuce.

  • Thin slice red onion.

  • Sprouts.

Instructions:

  1. Cook Smoked Salmon: Barbecue or broil the smoked salmon until heated through.

  2. Assemble the B.C. Burger:

    • Place the heated smoked salmon on one slice of whole wheat bread.

    • Spread a layer of mayonnaise on the bread.

    • Top with smoked oysters.

    • Add slices of cream cheese.

    • Layer on sliced tomato.

    • Place lettuce leaves on top.

    • Add a thin slice of red onion.

    • Finish with a generous amount of sprouts.

  3. Complete the Burger:

    • Place the second slice of whole wheat bread on top to complete the B.C. Burger.

  4. Serve: Serve the B.C. Burger immediately.
